1/2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Pinch ground cumin

Pinch smoked paprika

A little salt, black pepper

2 slices of Swiss cheese

1 large drained can flaky chicken breast

About 12 red grapes, sliced in halves

1 diced celery stalk

2 thick slices of what bread

Few tablespoons of crushed walnuts

Instructions:

1. Gather ingredients on the kitchen counter.

2. Wash and dry and grapes. Cut them in halves. Set aside. Dice the celery.

3. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, honey, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

4. Using a grinder, grind the walnuts relatively small. If you do not have a grinder, do not worry. Place the nuts into a small plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.

5. Add the flaky chicken next and diced celery.

6. Add the grapes and crushed walnuts next.

7. Add more mayonnaise or sour cream if you do not think it’s smooth enough.

8. Next, assemble the sandwiches, spread the chicken mixture, and add a slice of Swiss cheese in there as well.

9. Enjoy fully with a smoothie perhaps or a hot tea.
